Conducting history research can take many paths. A few hints before you begin:
- What is your instructor asking you to do -- keep this in mind as you look for resources.
- What kinds of sources are required and what is off limits?
- Develop multiple strategies around:

- People
- Specifics
- Types of resources
- Remember -- looking for information is only part of what you must do. You must also leave plenty of time for writing and, if necessary, to work on a presentation.
