Over 3,800 technology, digital media and business books and videos online, including ebooks from over 40 publishers focusing on leading-edge computer technologies. O'Reilly ebooks are only accessible with a Sonoma State University login. On-campus access for non-SSU users is not permitted.

Books are ideal sources for information when you are looking for in-depth coverage on a subject, the history or chronology of a topic, or overview of a big idea. (Hint: a book doesn't need to be read cover-to-cover to be used for research. Determine how appropriative of useful the book will be by reading the table of contents or summary!) The SSU Library also provides access to DVDs and streaming video for more visual learners out there.
