A guide for Technology High School students to help them find information and resources for their assignments. It includes information on how to use the Sonoma State University Library and resources specific for class projects.

Sonoma State University LibrarySonoma State University Library is located in the Jean & Charles Schulz Information Center.

While school is in session, the Library is open 7:30 AM- 12:00 AM Monday-Thursday, with additional hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday. See the full schedule.

Access, Borrow, and Print

Borrow books & media

Tech High students are welcome to borrow books and DVDs from the library with a Community Borrower card. To get your Community Borrower card, visit the Library with your Tech High ID. You'll be ask to fill out a short form. After you do so, you can check out up to 10 items for 30 days!

Access electronic resources

Tech High students may access the Library’s electronic resources only while in the Library.

While in the Library, Tech High students can get a computer guest pass to use Library computers or the Library’s wireless network to access electronic resources. For more information, see Computers and Equipment.

Print, Scan, & Copy

Printing and copying in the Library costs $0.10/page for black and white, $1.00/page for color.

Scanning in the Library is free, but you must have a USB drive.
