From Springshare:
Starting on March 11, Springshare is updating several sites.
The Ask (documentation) site will be behind a login, so you will need to log into your account before accessing the documentation, Springboards, or the form to submit questions to support. We will have ways to share key information with your IT colleagues who may need to understand a particular process (e.g., LibAuth setup), but may not have accounts in your system in order to access it.
Live Training webinars will require a login when you register. You can still access the site to see upcoming events without logging in, but you will need to log in to register for a webinar.
The Springshare Lounge will automatically create accounts for all Springshare customers. No need to register for a new account before sharing your idea, asking your question, helping another customer, adding your feature request, or simply reading release notes.
Commenting on blog posts requires an account.
