LIBS 320 Elective Seminar

Searching the Library

OneSearch is the library's main search engine. It includes books, articles, media, reports, dissertations, maps, primary source documents, and more, in every discipline. It's a great place to start your search.

If you want some pointers about using OneSearch, watch this video.

Article Databases

Databases are more targeted, subject-specific sites where you can search for resources. Databases mostly contain articles and other shorter, scholarly works, though some of our databases include media, statistics and data, market research, and other types of information. Here are a few that might be helpful for your research.

Statistics and Data

Finding data and statistics can be tricky. The library subscribes to several databases that include a variety of data sets, and many sources of data can be found online. Here are a few you might want to explore.
